Appropriate way to sell an account?

I think I understand just about the entire process on how to sell with the exception of how the account actually gets handed off. For example, if I am selling a World of Tanks account, upon receipt of payment do I then send the credentials for the account? Or do I change the credentials of the account to match the buyer's intended email/pw? Or is it that I create a new email and password and then change the account to that so that there's little risk to either party? Thanks in advance.

If the payment went through, then yes. You will need to send all information needed to the other party.

This depends on how both of you agreed on. I would recommend changing the password if you are using the same PW in different accounts such as emails, banking, etc. It can be anything.

I am not affiliated with the World of Tanks policy neither if you can unlink email or not but if you do have that option, I do recommend linking it to a dummy email and change the password or you can just change everything in the process.
