App does not open

Why is it whenever I try to open the epicnpc app, it shows like that, and I have to restart it like more than 20 times for it to open

I'm unable to replicate the issue.

Is it a specific thread? if yes, please provide the URL.

If not, right click the page with your browser and select "inspect". Then try to open the image and see if you see any error on the console or network tab. If you do, please post a screenshot.

It is the app itself when opened actually, not a thread or such ( unless the epicnpc app is not official or so )

Same for me the mobile app doesn't work, I got this, it's working on firefox/google tho.

I'm sorry, I still can't replicate. Have you tried uninstalling it and redownloading?

I'm able to open the EpicNPC app without issue.

App is only available on Android, not IOS.

Done that already, cleared cash... Same issue. The app just opens whenever it wants to open, regardless if it's data or wifi, with or without cache.... But thanks anyway

We were able to replicate it today and are continuing to investigate the issue. It should be fixed within 48 hrs.

The issue has not been fixed yet, it's still persistent for over 48hrs
I guess we should just stick to the website and uninstal the app till a further update or a patch
