I do not have the pre-order bonus - it was supposed to be emailed to me by gamestop but either the email did not come or the ticket in the original email expired.

You will receive the activation code for the collector's edition. No box, CD's, or artwork.

I don't know what was up with my aim, try now. I totally forgot about the pre-order bonus... how do they send you the code? by email or should it be in the box?

 

Are you able to use the redeem codes for the Rhino and Bags and whatever pre-order bonus you got on another original game?
