I believe it has all the expansions, one year sub few store bought items.

 

Well, going under the assumption that the account:

1.) Doesn't have a level 80
2.) Doesn't have RoTGS and Turan expansions
3.) Doesn't have any addons (Might of Crom, Pack of Portals, Might of Mitra, etc.)
