My account was hacked (keylogged) about a month ago which I was able to recover from, everything was restored etc.
Yesterday I noticed that the main char from that account logged on while I was on my other account so I thought, here we go again!
This time however I wasn't keylogged. They somehow requested an email address change on the accounts page and then logged into my email address and confirmed the change.
Then changed my wow password and changed the email address again (I know this as when i went to change email back to mine it said the email address they had first changed it to didn't match the account)
I bought this account about 2 years ago and have all the OO details including secret answer (dont have the cd key or OO's ID)
The only way I can think this has happened is I bought some gold from Swagvault a few weeks ago and have a feeling I stupidly used the same password for them as I do my email account.
I can no longer request a password reset using account management as when I try to I get an error saying there has been too many attempts to reset the password and I need to call customer service.
Any ideas on what I can do to recover from this?
It's not life or death as it's not my main account but still annoying.
