Any sellers that don't get their accounts banned/stolen within a month?

Like **** man, are any of the dota 2 account sellers legit? I've bought 4 accounts from different sellers and every time the account is either banned or taken back by the original owner/hacked within a month. If you try and recover it steam support tells you not to buy accounts and you're **** out of luck.
