I'm trying to sell an account and am currently planning to use middleman through tradeguardian. The only thing I'm worried about is chargeback. How do I, as safe as possible, sell my account without any hassle. Also how does the middleman process work? What happens if I give full access to middleman, middleman gives account to buyer and the buyer claims it doesn't work while changing login info. Do I get any protection from that?

The payment is sent directly from the buyer to the seller for our MM service.
For most payment methods, there is no way to prevent a chargeback. Bitcoin is the best way to prevent a chargeback scam and we have a bitcoin escrow service with Trade Guardian. This service is cheaper and doesn't require a MM. We hold the bitcoin payment during the exchange.
If you give the login to the MM, the MM will first confirm everything works. So once it's transferred to the buyer, the login has already been confirmed.
If there's a problem with the login when you give it to the MM, then you'll have to report the transaction and we'll investigate.
