Any middleman who can accept PayPal from buyer and send crypto to seller?

I have a buyer who can send funds on PayPal, but I can't accept PayPal and need a middleman who will convert funds from buyer to crypto and send it to me. Anyone who can do it? I selling a tiktok account.
