Everyone knows that it may has a risk of getting banned when buying anything with real money.

Of course that is true. But it is obviously a result of your service so you should refund me the money since your service was not executed properly. The purchase is for a CM boost without a ban. If you got the account banned, you did something wrong.

I may not have a lot of rep on the site but I have been here for many years. I have had no problems with other sellers. $45 dollars is not a significant amount of money and relatively little compared to the value of the account. I understand there is a risk involved, hence I am not asking him to cover the value of the account. They failed to give me what was paid for. There is nothing on their site nor stated to me that I would not receive a refund as a result of the ban. I like how top of everything he basically admits fault if you see the quoted text in this thread and the skype screenshots but laughs it off and backtracks to claiming no responsibility.

Here is more proof they are crooks and scammers.

The original statement on their website states

After I confronted them about the ban and refund they change the statement to

Beware.

Do not use this site and services. My account was banned as a result of using their CM boost. Although K251626 said he would work it out, he came back to me after 24 hours and claims they are not responsible because it was banned two days later even though the ban is a direct result of their boosting.

He told me on skype it is not his problem because it is 2 days later and would not refund me the money and only offered to do the CM run again (why would I want a CM run that got me banned). He claims that I wanted a CM boost and they gave it to me so that is that. Apparently because the letter by blizzard does not specifically say "CM BOOSTS" that its not their fault and they choose to ignore it and claiming I have no evidence it was because of the boost.

Do not use their service. They will get you banned and will not claim any responsibility even with their guarantees. They are liars who make up any excuses to not take responsibility. If it is possible, I would like a mod to change my feedback to negative for K251625. All skype conversations as well as letters can be provided as proof.

Bought a CM boost. Left good feedback initially but a few problems happened since then. Although the website and his skype listed the CM for $45, he charged me $50 for the boost. Seller was willing to refund the $5. That is fine and all.

But now my account is banned. Customer service was good but be wary using their service.
