Good day,

I have recently sold a dota 2 steam account to an epicnpc verified buyer.

[6:52:41 PM] josh johnson: i assume youre ~15 yrs old
[6:52:43 PM] josh johnson: in malaysia
[6:52:48 PM] WillyWong: here it comes
[6:52:49 PM] josh johnson: just so mad right now
[6:52:50 PM] josh johnson: lmao
[6:52:50 PM] WillyWong: all the flaming and stuffs
[6:52:54 PM] WillyWong: after getting the details
[6:52:55 PM] WillyWong: amazing
[6:53:02 PM] josh johnson: gonna have to report you

The issue is regarding that he insisted on security question answer which i dont have or remembered. I did offer that should the account have any issues he can get back to me. He even threatened to report me.

How am i supposed to deal with this?

Do buyers always get the upper hand no matter what we seller does?

Is the policy on epicnpc that buyers have all control on whatever services they can get?

Thank you for your assistance

The secret QA on Steam accounts can be changed, but the buyer probably wanted to know it anyway just incase something happened to the account. It's always better to know more info than less.

This type of thing should have been discussed before the sale. Did he ask you about the secret QA before? Did you tell him you don't know the secret q/a before you sold it?

This is the first that a buyer has requested for a SQA on steam and i did not know about the SQA and not inform him about it before i sold it. He did not ask before either. It was only till he got the message from changing the password. I did offer services after that regarding any issues with the account. Now that he had threatened to report me for not providing him with SQA and being rude, will i be banned for it?

Since the secret QA and be changed and you have already stated you would resolve any issues if anything were to happen to the account, I would say that's enough. If he had to know the old sqa he should have asked you about it.
