Oct 4, 2020 - Payment made, under 'Family and Friend', failed, denied by PayPal, due to regulations.

Oct 4, 2020 - Payment refunded.

Oct 4, 2020 - Made payment attempt, under 'Family and Friend', failed, denied by card issuer, insufficient transferable fund in bank account, due to late refund by PayPal.

Oct 5, 2020 - Made payment in half, under 'Family and Friend', successful, but PayPal on-hold payment release to One12345.

Oct 5, 2020 - Received Oct 3's refund, made 2nd payment in half, under 'Family and Friend', successful, but PayPal on-hold payment release to One12345.

Oct 7, 2020 - I discovered placeholder 'header.receivedOrder' and 'shipped.delayBuyerConfirmation' under 'Have you received this order?', 'Status: COMPLETED'.

Oct 7, 2020 - 'Confirm Receipt', a blue button, appeared after 48 hours since Oct 5, 2020.

Oct 7, 2020 - Confirmed receipt for both payment.

Oct 7, 2020 - One12345 received complete payment.

Oct 7, 2020 - One12345 sent details through email.

Oct 7, 2020 - One12345 walk me through the progress of mail accounts transfer.
