Amazing Pally+Shaman W/ Insane Vanity, Mounts, Etc -- Want Warlock W/ Invincible

I am interested in trading my 2 prized toons, my pally and my shaman, for one amazing warlock. One thing the warlock MUST have is Invincible, anything else is just bonus. Decent gear is also appreciated.
