I recently bought a wow account from someone who gave me very legit and what seemed to be accurate information. Now I sold this information testing all the information that I felt was important pretty much the SQ/A and email. When I called into Blizzard though to check the last name it was found to be wrong. I did it again after the guy who claimed to be the OO said that should be right. I tried a 3rd time about 3 days later and it was the right one this time after I complained the OO that the Last name wasn't right. Only to find out the account is now locked. The OO who's first name is on the account and step-brothers last name isn't and claims to be the OO says he shouldn't be responsible for the account after he gave me the wrong last name. I disputed with pay pal as a non-receipt. Am I wrong that I disputed with pay pal since he gave me incorrect information and claims that his step-brother is in Iraq and he cant get the ID. I have called him many times and he always says ill try and help think I should just call his mom? I have here # or see what the pay pal dispute spells out? just want tome feedback on where I should go with this should pay pal fail me really.

If someone gave me the wrong last name I would definitely dispute it with paypal. I don't buy the whole step brother story either. Do whatever you can to get your money back, because he can always get the account back when it's locked.
