Am I going to get scammed?

I just traded this guy with close to no rep and now hes no longer on aim. So i go and get a battlechest, make acc with supposedly same last name. I try to transfer and it says account does not met reqs. I asked one guy and he said that he lied about the name. Am i going to be scammed. What can i do? im trying to get the guy ingame and if hes on aim. Should i get my druid back before he gets the chance? PLEASE HELP

Looks like the last name doesn't match the one he gave you. Try your best to contact him and ask whats up, create another aim name to see if he is still online. If he is, he's blocked you and is probably scamming you.
You really need to talk before you take any action though, presumably he changed the email for you and its just the name thats wrong?

Yes but i want to transfer the char, so im 100 percent sure he cant get it back if he trys to recall. and if gave wrong last name then he might think ill transfer it before he decides to scam.
