So, i have expensive 7DS GC Account, many people interested to buy until i found this guy. He's willing to buy but he doesn't want to use direct transaction because he said he doesn't trust me (of course). But he said he want transaction using MM from epicnpc named Betze through Discord. But, the thing is, he directly giving this guy's discord account without me verifying the discord account. Tbh, i don't understand the transaction using middlemen since i never had one, usually it's direct transaction. I want to make sure that it was him, so i chat the real guy on epicnpc, he hasn't replied yet. Then, the "fake Betze" on discord chat me to deal with the transaction. Both of them are trying to press me to go for the transaction. I tell the fake guy to message me through epicnpc / comment something on his own post, because he said he can't chat me because i'm a regular user (he gave me so many reasons).
I feel something is weird here, and then I used so many reasons and using all of safe method (which is epicnpc MM through website), the bot says he rejected the request. But in fact, that guy said he received nothing and said that bot is a fake. I spend like...5 hours, trying to guess what's going on here. Is he being honest? Is that guy safe? And then he said he's increase the budget into $173 (the deal was $152), I immediately cancel the transaction.
An hour later, the real guy (Betze) shows up on epicnpc and replied my message . I was like....what? That fake guy said that i can't chat with high reputation user since I haven't verified my account yet (9 positive feedbacks or more). Ohh someone is being dishonest. And then I asked the real guy, "Hello, I just want to make sure, is this yours? Discord Betze#4976". Guess what, he said that it was not him and this is not the first time people using his name. And he's not even MM. Next time, i'll better learn more about MM stuff and rules. He almost got me.
