Doing your Daily Content 7x + All weekly missions + Normal(Hell raid too if you have a good team for it) + Side story Clear + Arena Flag usage (depending on the team i will ether clear the NPC fights or the real player one)

I will always use 3 Fodder + a farmer for clearing the story/farming catas and more, so you will always get free fodder leveled.

You NEED a good team to clear the content.
If you dont have those we can always customize the orders.
