It is the GOD OF pokemon trainers! Tons of perfect IV and 98% IV legendaries! 15 pokemons with more then 3000 CP and a lot of maxed out pokemon.
In the account you will find:

6 Articuno
6 Zapdos
6 Molters
at least one copy of each of them has more then 93% iV and all of them are almost maxed out (2 of them are 98% IV)
In addition:
2 shiny Magikarps
4 Perfect IV Dragonites
3 Perfect IV Tyrannitars
2 Perfect iV Garydos
2 Perfect IV Machamps
