about a week ago, and then i had made some travel arrangments so i am in singapore now for the winter break. Anyways everything went well the guys seemed chill, trade was smooth and everything.

But this morning i woke up which i guess is night in the US and i am talking to some other people about trading the pally cause i didnt like it asmuch, anyways 5 minutes after waking up i was talking to some1 about trading this rogue for the pally silent gave me, and silent says hi and stuff conincendently. So i am talking to this rogue guy and hes like can i see in game and i have been talking to him since yesterday you can ask him his aim is mandi25chris and i even changed the armory and stuff from my prot set to the ret set for him yesterday. But this morning i try to logon to show him an game and well the pally silent gave me has been recalled.

So i talk to silent about it and i owe him like 8 dollars worth of gold which was part of the deal and i am ready to give it to him this mornig, but the pally was recalled. i tried to talk to silent about it but he dsnt belive me and thinks i am doing it cause i dont wna give him the gold. Which is not true!

You magically "dont have acess" to your account when you have to owe me the gold you promised as shown in the logs btw use the screenshots you "have" instead of botching up AIM convos in notepad

Got a mage from ashokarao95 (AIM) and he got it from Whifflestar (AIM) .... traded it for a paladin and then traded paladin for rogue... Whiffles recalled his mage... and so the chain of recalls begins!. Hopefully after talking to ashokaroa95 he thinks he can get the mage back, thus the paladin.

So in your first comment, you "insinuate" that he's lying, and this is all a stunt to not pay you off some gold.

Then in your second comment, you admit chain traded accounts are getting chain recalled.

@OP: This is where the deal has gone south, and if you are the OO of the account you traded him, you recall it immediately.

Edit: Recall it regardless. If you're the OO it just makes it smoothe sailing for you.

Hey, checking in on this thread because the pally originated with me. I am the OO of the account and I didn't recall it, neither did Silent. [censored] started to go bad when ashokarao95 recalled a mage account that Silent had traded to me. I could have recalled the pally to recover my losses (because at this point silent had already traded the pally to this bawss fella) but I decided to wait on it.

I'm going on vacation tomorrow morning (god help me) so I decided not to recall until I got back. Being that Silent, myself and this bawss guy are the only ones that have the info to the paladin and that neither Silent or myself recalled it leads me to believe that Bawss is playing victim here because he couldn't follow through on the gold portion of his trade agreement.

Just my 2 cents and like I said I wanted to chip in because I'm the OO of that pally.
 
I am the oo of that <span style="font-style: italic">account</span>. I transferred all 4 toons off of it to a fresh account once I received it, as I tend to do. Being that the account was created, by me, with my own keys -- I am the OO of the account. So who would be the one that reversed the transfer or recalled the account?

ok shadows didnt scam anybody.
Basically what happened in the beginning is that I traded my dk/preist/lock for a mage and a rogue to wifflestar13 (cormac232 on md). The next day I got a email saying that my email and password was changed. So apparently I got keylogged, last night I find out that the OO (mdf0x) recalled the account and is not giving me it back. Now what happened is that Cormac232 (wifflestar) then traded my dk/lock/priest for a hunter. Then one week later the OO of the hunter recalled the account. Thus wifflestar recalling the mage. Thus this happening, the OO of the hunter is at complete fault. The person that Wifflestar traded for the hunter was AIM screen name tolegit1221. HE IS NOT THE OO of the HUNTER. I suspect that you can in contact with the OO of the hunter thru him

As I stated Early this is due to a HUGE chain trade... Soon as IMAbaws comes back from being idle. he can have his rogue back, if somehow I do get the paladin back I will give it to you and receive the gold as promised.. at this point I received my DK back that I traded to Ashokarao95

Sorry moving toons to a fresh account dont make you the OO, the OO can always recall/reverse that at any point...

Hope you know this for future refrence...

the OO of the pally IM'd me....the actual OO. The guy who traded it to me must have lied. THe OO is a banned user on MD. The account he traded the pally for was recalled so he took the pally back. Essentially everyone just has to recall their accounts @ this point. he broke a huge trade chain.

There is times and stuff because i use meebo.com since my main aim is for my main aim for friends etc. and Runthistown2012 is for Markee. Meebo doesnt save logs so i cant show u more info about ash. Basicaly he offered me his dk/lock/priest a holle bunch of times then decided he didnt wanna trade and i got this account he wanted that he said was "his" and he payed for 600$ and then he didnt get the info for? And the guy kept hte 600$ which i dont believe is true because when someone steals 600$ thats online fraud and ur not just going to let them keep it. So look out for Ash
 
I think silent is to mentally challenged to understand that the trade he made was between him and the OP, not anyone else.

Every post he's made he has tried putting the OP in contact with someone else.

@OP: Blizzard billing, which is who you need to contact, IS OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK. It is a holiday today, however, all this Blizz is closed crap is just to put you off even longer.

MD should implement a policy to allow banning people that are just retarded. That would cut down so much fluff.

True but but Xcaged told me that the paladin was mine once i recovered it and thats what he said he worked out with you. And it was my choice to trade back for the mage. And i did cuz mages are what i love. And then it gets recaled back. So im taking back the holy paladin that i gave up for the mage.

I think this topic has strayed drastically off course. If you have issues with GBS or any other account, you should start your own thread specifically for that.

This is all but another attempt by Silent to direct attention in another direction.

This thread is about the account silent traded to the OP, and what silent plans to do to make that transaction right - and shooting blame in another direction isn't fixing it.
