He repaid me back with the same paypal account, now the payment got recalled again.

Mike, pls ignore the PM i sent you earlier.

It seems he got lots of stolen paypal accounts on hand.

He'll remain banned. As I said, hes a credit card thief, so Im sure he's got a lot of stolen cards to pay you with, but all will eventually be chargebacked.
