Here is the story:

On Thursday, December 25th, 2008, HSViper11 came to me for some additional funds to pay for an account for his grandson. He had stated that he could pay me back that Saturday. That never happened. He had stated that he needed a little more time as he was waiting for some Ebay buyers to pay for buying some CD keys that he posted up. I reminded him several times over the next week that he owned me the money and he said that he would get it to me and that the constant reminders were unnecessary and that he found them very offensive.

This past Sunday, January 4th, 2008, I got in contact with Customz (moderator) about the situation with HSViper11. He told me to tell HSViper11 that he had till Thursday to get me the funds or I would put up a scammer post on MD.

Today is Saturday, January 10th, 2008, and I have not received any funds from HSViper11. I tried to talk to him about it today and he said he sent the money and my Paypal does not show anything.

Below you will find all of the documentation needed to prove my side of the story. There are a couple logs missing as they are on my machine at work. They will be posted on this thread on Monday morning when I get in to work.

HSViper11 will come onto this thread and state that I have REPEATEDLY threatened him. That is just his version of things. You will see that the ONLY threat that was ever made was that I threatened to put this information on MD if he did not pay up.

The final Paypal log is completely up to date and shows that he has never paid me.

If anyone believes that ANYTHING in this post is fabricated, I am more than willing to let an administrator log into my Paypal account and look for the payment. I am willing to give full access to my logs too.

I will ask Customz to post on this thread confirming the conversation that we had on Sunday and today about this issue with HSViper11.

At this point, that is all I have to say. Other logs will be posted on Monday when I get in to work.

Also I personally would have kept reminding you. I'm sure you would be reminding someone that owed you money as well.

You shouldn't be taking loans to purchase virtual goods in the first place.

He's atleast giving you a reasonable amount of time. If it was real world situation, You'd be hit with fees.

Bottomline, he was paid,lol, Can't you ppl see where this is going,lol. This is childish bs from a addicted buyer and seller that get himself in money trouble and is trying to extort 65$ more from me. He is paid and was paid on Thursday as promised.

He has even sent me several ppl to buy what I sell. You tell me then if he did not receive his money,lol

I was trying to help you with your business because you were waiting for things to sell to pay me back. I figured that the quicker you got stuff the sold, the quicker I could get my money back.
 
What is this "addicted to buying and selling" bit? Are you not "addicted" as well?

Waiting to see some kind of proof. Imo, it makes absolutely no sense that you are unwilling to post one screenshot of the transaction.

IMO you have provided enough proof and time (16 days to be payed back 82.69....). The onus is on HSV to prove he has sent the money or if not give a time line for rectifying the situation.

If you would not have chosen the childish route knuckle and blocked me on aim, I would have shown you the proof and then we could have proceeded with paypals dispute dept and they would have posted the payment to you account if they see it did not xfer to it.

Be a man and unblock me and we can end this stupid crap as you should have to begin with. I called you my friend, not sure why now.
 
If you want to end this, you can send the $67.69 to [email protected]. You can handle the Paypal issues if you sent the funds to the wrong person. That is your fault and not mine so I will not waste one more moment of my time attempting to help you.

I refuse to speak with you on AIM as you are the one that is acting like a child. You are not possible to deal with in a humane way.

I am done working with you as I have tried to be as patient as possible over the past couple weeks while you made excuse after excuse.

I am pretty sure his intent was to get a phone number he could track or an IP that he could track if he was allowed to call me or talk to me on vent.

I can confirm that I indeed advised Shane to give HS a week to pay off his debts when Shane brought the issue to my attention. The debt owed to shane had been outstanding for a week at this point. I realized that it was around Christmas time and that almost everyone would be going through financial issues, so I think 2 weeks to pay off a debt you said you would be able to pay off much sooner is a completely realistic timeframe.

Although I do realize, but doubt, that this issue may be a simple fault at Paypal's end, I cannot fathom why you HS have thus far been able to produce something as simple as a screenshot of your recent transactions. You strive to get your negative, and this thread removed and yet you are unwilling to do the one thing that is capable of doing so.

I also cannot comprehend your accusations claiming that Knuckle is threatening you. As the experienced "bzness" man you claim to be, you should be well aware that when any debt, no matter how outstanding, is not payed, it is your duty as a "bzness" man to make sure that it is payed. How does one make sure a debt relating to a transaction of virtual goods is proccured? They make a post on MarkeeDragon. Please think of what you would do if you were in Shane's shoes, would you not take the same course of action?

I ask that you please find the ability to be mature, and show the respect, and intelligence any seasoned business man should posses in your future appearances on this thread.
 
i couldnt stop laughing after I read "i am going to start having a decent surplus in my pp after this." and yea if you did pay him, regardless of you sending it to the wrong person, your paypal records should show that there was a payment of the amount due sent and recieved, or sent and rejected if it was indeed the wrong email, if it was inactive that is.

Pretty early now :P ether way I promise you Viper doesn't have any intention in logging into MD again. Oh and btw Bones or any other Admin Ive been trying to get help for this scammer post for the last couple of days but it looks like you guys are mostly only interest in big shots to be honest >.<

SeanDylan seems to have replied to your thread approx 15 mins after you made that post - please also bear in mind that we are volunteers, so please kindly wait for a response from the administration team (moderators do not have higher level privileges such as ban or remove users)

moreover, what do you expect us to do? does giving him a ban get you your money back? should we have missed the first thread, kindly send an email to [email protected] addressing the issue and an administrator will get right on it in due time.

i would just recommend you cut your losses first, page a GM and tell them your account as hacked and gold stolen - you then fax in a copy of he owner's ID and viola, restored.
 
Sorry for going off-topic again but I just wanted to answer Boneshaman question. I just felt like admins were paying attention to this thread and did it in a reasonable matter of time that I thought I just felt behind. I also stated on that thread that he was not able to help me, as he contacted me at first which I was away and than I tried 2 times later to contact him but he told me that he was busy and so I ask if that their was anyone else who can help me since it seems that their are admins not that busy and I have waited a decent amount of time. And yes, I would prefer for him to be ban than just not taking any action so that he can scam more people in the future.

Realize that much unlike yourself, Knuckle does have morals, and is able to muster up enough compassion to give a guy a second chance. Unfortunately he was taken advantage of in this situation.

I would also like to warn you that swearing is against MD forum rules, please refrain from doing so again.
