I bought account called Evilll, This person changed the email next day after the trade I then activated the Matrix Authenticator, and now Snail support returned the Matrix to the scammer and he is now playing really? I though Matrix Authenticator is to protract the accounts from scammers? as is written here http://www.ageofwushu.com/news/view/248

Yes, after the scam attempt i contacted Paypal and they kindly helped me to refund the money.
why you complain if you got the money back?
First that cheater toke the account back without asking me, and claimed that he didn't take it back.
Second i am not agree to return him the account back, he toke it by force, and Matrix Authenticator had to protract the account.
Why did you refund the money if you want the account?
Because he stole the account from me, should i leave him my money as well? money was hold back until he return the account.
