after a buyer used 'buy out' couple days later auction is closed?

The buy didn't send payment right away. After a few days, my auction is listed as closed instead of 'pending'?

Before i could select stuff like, 'sent payment' 'processing' 'unpaid' stuff like that. I can't even see the option for my auction anymore.

Why is this?

All those options are still there, you are viewing the wrong page. Click on the Selling > Sold page and you will see those options. The Selling > Closed page is mainly used if you need to relist an auction.

well, now looks like the buyer won't respond to any of my emails. Can I get re-imbursed the closing auction fee cuz this d-bag used buy-it-now but now won't pay for it? Help will be appreciated.

I've credited your account for the closing fee. You can relist the auction for free via the Selling > Closed page. Good luck.
