Due to recent housing changes, you will be required to pay upfront and remain in this FC with an ALT that I will not log onto for 30 days. You will be given all permissions upon payment and you are completely free to do as you please with the FC. Once 30 days have passed, I will pass full ownership to your character and leave the FC.
