The first plot for sale is Shirogane Plot 30 (Large). There is a market board in front along with a path to a private hot springs behind your home. You're on a hill and have an amazing view of the sea, beach, and the entire neighborhood. It's undeniably one of the best and most contested plots in the game. This home comes fully furnished with a modern look. This home comes with 150m+ FC credits. I am looking to sell this plot for $800 USD.

The next plot is Lavender Beds Plot 57 (Medium). It's the one with its own island and has a market board right next to the home. Yet another colorful and convenient location. This home is also fully furnished with a modern look. This home comes with around 2m FC credits. I am looking to sell this plot for $400 USD.

Due to housing changes, you will be required to pay upfront and remain in this FC with a character that I will not actively log onto for 30 days. You will be given all permissions upon payment and you are completely free to do as you please with the FC. Once 30 days have passed, I will pass full ownership to your character and leave the FC.
