Adding 'Tags' to a thread.

I'd like to know if there's a simple way I'm missing to add key words, or tags, to a thread? I see a few in the pokemon go forum with nobody above epic member, and feel like I'm missing something.

Its toward the bottom after the shop items when you're creating a thread. If you're editing a thread, then it's all the way at the bottom towards the end of the page.
