Adding a credit card to PayPal - Dont have one, do have bank account - HOW?

Hey guys,

To open up and get my 100 euro's back i had to add a bank account to my paypal account, AND a creditcard so it seems. I added the bank account, but i dont own a creditcard. Is there any way i can get some sort of creditcard to get my 100 euro's back? Maybe virtual Debit Cards, but i dont have a clue how it works and google doesnt help alot either somehow.. :<

pay someone to get you a gift credit card (prepaid with credit) which you can get at a convenient store and then add that to paypal just like a normal credit card after activating / registering it.

Well i cant pay anyone because paypal holds my money

Most grocery stores sell prepaid credit cards. One of those should work.
