Add feedbacks from other websites

I've seen some epicnpc users that have a table on the feedback page that displays feedbacks from other websites (like elite). How can I do that?

I've tried but it says "Incorrect username/password"
I've tried many times and both user/pass are right since I can log in into elitepvp account. I've also tried with the anonymous tab (Maybe an issue with cookies?) but I still receive the error message

Do you have the authenticator enabled on your epvp account? If so, disable that and try again. It doesn't use cookies, so that shouldn't have any affect.

No, I don't use the authenticator.
I'm not using it even on epicnpc
