I am currently facing the same issue altough I paid the support is not answering my emails and I think as a customer after I pay for something getting informed is my right which has not happened but a friend of mine was responded through support in a couple minutes. So the question is why are my emails not getting responded if you are able to respond to my friend. Hope accountwarehouse can inform me about the status of my order.
