Hello there epic npc! I am possibly looking to purchase an account with rare skins! I will not be overpaying for an account so do not try to ask a ridiculous amount I know the pricing on skins, champs, etc.

The Main Skin I am interested in is Urf the Manitee, if your account does not have that skin it must have AMAZING skins for me to consider it at all.
