Very unperfesional

On the post it states he's looking to spend 60-90$ for a account however after I contacted him personally he said he only had 50$ to spend.
I'm not mad about that.
He then asked for pictures of my account and I sent them as requested. Now after doing so he then said he needed a few minutes to do something. Which turned into 5+ hours. Then when I messaged him he says his wife said he can't spend the 50$. Really wasted my time on this one
