Here are some of the things I am looking for:

Gear:
-Not looking for the most crazy geared toon ever.
-Atleast have mixture of LFR and Normal Dragon Soul gear
-Having a PvP Set is a huge ++++
-If your toon is a PvP character than having a PvE set is a huge ++++
-Vanity is a HUGE +++++++++++++
-Any kind of oldschool tier set/ Weapons +++++

Mounts:
-100+ Mounts is a Huge ++++++++++
-Unique/Rare Mounts ++++++++++++++++
-Prefer unique land mounts over rare mounts

Achievements/Titles:
-I am an achievement ***** so the most achievements the better +++++
-Unique Titles, such as server first titles +++++++++++++++
-Alot of Titles/Achievements ++++++++


Basically I am looking for an account that has the perfect Character to start raiding with and PvPing for the end of Cata and the start of MoP.
I am not looking to break the bank in buying an account.
