Hello im looking to buy an account that is unranked, have all champs, alteast 10 runes pages, lots of t3 runes and lots of ip (~ 100k).


its a plus if the account does not have any mastery 6-7 champs unlocked. Region dosent matter if i can transfer to euw.
Im not interested in skins.

I've got a diamond 5 with all champs, 16 skins, 20 full rune pages and around 8k ip. It may not be 100% what you want but it's more or less got everything you would need. PM me if interested.
