Hello im looking to buy an account that is unranked, have all champs, alteast 10 runes pages, lots of t3 runes and lots of ip (~ 100k).

its a plus if the account does not have any mastery 6-7 champs unlocked. Region dosent matter if i can transfer to euw.
Im not interested in skins.

Well I am not unranked but I have mostly all champs, 6 rune pages, alot of good runes and I have lv 5 mastery on like 15+ champs
