Hi,

I was recently perma-banned

Looking to buy an account with the following minimums:
90 champions
50 skins (rare/limited skins a huge bonus, or just more skins in general)
10 rune pages
Plat/Diamond S2, prefer at least Gold S1 as well. Honestly if you have enough skins to make up for the rating I don't even care.

I am willing to pay significantly for the right account, I have the money ready to go, and I need an account to replace the one I spent 2 years on (and $500+ worth of skins >_<).

Tried to buy an account from "FrankLarapp" for $150. He removed me the instant paypal cleared. Luckily I didn't send as a gift so I will just go through paypal dispute.

If I can find an account with King Rammus or other limited skins I'm very flexible on the other requirements. I don't mind grinding back up some more champions or buying some missing skins if you have a lot of limited skins.
