I am looking for an account with over 1000 CSS hours. The amount I pay will increase by $10 every 1000 hours on the account. My goal is around 2500~ hours and $30 but I can negotiate. I will not pay more than $50, so don't come in with an account with 10,000 hours or something ridiculous.
