Account was banned after 3 days ago and the seller doesn't want to resolve it

I purchase an account with joke001free he said it's a clean account

When it comes to buying an account and using it on my computer. I know how it works, I change the MAC address, delete all the data files from steam and Dota 2 just to make sure everything is fine.

After 3 days of playing the account with raising the MMR and it went up to 6.4k but suddenly the behavior went to 1 and it's banned until 2038. This is the only account that I logged on my computer because I just want to make sure that the account will be just fine and the data will attach to my computer and it won't get banned this is what I do usually when buying an account and using it everything works fine on my end and never banned but this one was really a shock to me. After playing 15+ games it got banned. I tried to get a hold of the seller but his not responding to me until today. I just want to resolve this

The account does not have any VAC or third party programs

I played the account for a total of 20 hours for sure since sometimes I'm afk on my dota while I'm doing something

He keep insisting that I just should just email valve to fix it and he said its valve mistake

I'm asking him to resolve this and I'm even willing to buy another account to him just to resolve this I don't even want to do refund because it will be so much work I just want to resolve this for me and him but he just ignore all my messages

His asking me to wait for valve and do reddit things which is more of the comments of the reddit thread that he gave me says its delusional

And I'm asking him to resolve this but his not responding to me anymore

There could be any of the reasons mentioned on the support ticket and we are unable to find which one. Account has been banned 3 days after was sold so there is a chance that something could happen while was in the buyer's hands.

In this case, 50% refund should be issued so booth buyer and seller will split the loss

I'm sorry, I will agree with the original decision made due to lack of evidence.

The ban was soon after purchase, but bans are often delayed by days or even weeks. We can't determine if the new owner did something or if there were previous violations on the account. However normally an account is not permanently banned on it's first violation, even if the buyer did cheat, there must have been previous violations as well.

The original 50% refund will remain.

Yellow circles are elements of guild system. For now it doesn't matter as it is but
all in all, missing interface elements, button color change, missing heroes stats, missing playstyle pentagon, missing guild mean (most likely) that @panda03 manipulating Steam offline/online mode or limiting its internet bandwidth or something like this so his client doesn't retrieve information from Steam servers. Also it might affect match history and exposing public data (I can't know exactly).

@Angel @EpicNPC you can see @panda03 concealing a lot of information and messing the facts. Still there is not a single proof that was my fault.
