I am currently in search of an account with lots of skins and most if not all champs! I would like the account to have most of the runes, and some rune pages. The rank of the account does not matter to me although unranked takes priority and lower ranks will take priority after that given I do not want to spend a ton of money on a diamond account since rank does not matter to me!!!!
