i've sent a picture my drivers license then paid 10$, but now when I click next for phone verification it goes back to the paypal payment step.

I went to Settings>Miscellaneous and verified the phone.

Our payment system is not working correctly so Verification cannot be completed at this time.

I will update this thread once it is fixed and you'll need to resubmit the form.
