Hello, i have paid for account upgrade to EPIC MEMBER a couple of days ago already, and my upgrade is not yet. The payment is cleared for more than 24 hours, the money is already out of my bank account, and i did not received any email or private message from epicnpc site to say that i got my membership or when i will get it.
Can you please someone look into it and tell me what's going on? Thanks in advance.
