Account Upgrade

Hello, so i upgraded my account several months ago to Verified. I saw someone have both Epic Member and Verified titles so i wanted to purchase Epic upgrade as well as it will surely improve my trading experience. I just purchased Epic Member upgrade for 99 years, got automated phone call with the PIN and after it was completed i now only have Epic Member title, no Verified anymore...Help pls.

give it time as epicnpc himself goes through all of the verifications personally. once he has had time he will look over all of them and if you pass the verifications then it will be updated accordingly. however it can take up to 24-48 hours for the process to complete
