Account Unbanning - Help Required WILL PAY!!!!!!!!!!

One of my account got banned going on a year ago now and I would like help trying to get him unbanned.

He was banned for use of 3rd party software or powerlvling it was one of the two, and was temp banned before then for the same thing.

I have heard of people being unbanned so thought it was worth advertising to see if someone would sell me some help
