Account Trading Question

Can you trade an account that has gotten a final warning and a 3day ban or will Blizz perma ban it when they see it's being played on a different IP?

You can trade the account mate, but my mate trade 3 of his accounts, this month and all have been banned for alternate owener ship, so i would be carefull.

Very high risk of the account being banned. If you do, xfer the char off the account right away. Might save the char from a ban.
