Account Suspended

Morning, I sold an account a couple of months back, logged in to check to see what was goin on and noticed i had a debit balance, tried to go into the account management section to clear this but i'm unable to see what i need to do. Can anyone assist. Also the account shows as Suspended with the reason invalid e-mail address but this is the address i have always used.
