What is the dispute about? the transfer took place and the funds confirmed. The seller (Aplentor)
did an account recovery. Then changed the email address and password for login.

He seller tried to have me not use your service.

The seller tried to say the account was banned.
I proved to Angel that the steam account was NOT banned.

The seller is trying to imply, via email, that EPICNPC has stolen the account.

The proof of payment was and is in the chat. He confirmed that he received the first $10 i sent, to make sure i had the correct bank information. The next day I transfered another $540 with fees it was $544.99

the seller provided the account name and the MM Angel logged into the account and changed the email and password.
dadberg9 is the steam account name

I was MM here and the account was fully secured after i provided info to the buyer. Day after he informed me that he lose access. I have notified the seller but he blamed me and the website telling us that we stole the account as we are known for these actions.

24 hrs will be given to returning the account to the new owner

If @Aplentor fails, he will be banned, payment chargeback issued, and account banned. As MM i do record transactions and also an entire account video so the same will be provided to game support. You can expect that account will be banned for RMT/selling.
 
@Aplentor has been online but no response

I contacted Xoom. I asked for them to cancel the transaction. I was a victim of fraud / theft. They said the transaction was complete and there was nothing they could do.

Being part of Paypal I know there is something they can do. What is it that i need to tell Xoom / Paypal to get these transactions reversed?

You can show them TG conversation/dispute and payment proof
