Account sent first out of mistake money not received to this day

Scam attempt 2 days no reply keeps pretending to be offline to one month and half no payment received.
Transaction was made on 17.03 this year

• On 17 this month i had a problem with account trasnfer problem was from bandai the data trasnfer was delayed by bandai and it only happened on some server i didnt notice until i sold a second account and i had same problem , so i was pretty tired of sending bandai support tickets etc .

• He kept messaging me all day to sell him an account at lower price , so i agreed in the end i made him a bandai account and link him the account i didnt notice he didnt pay me first my mistake i was tired with account trasnfer was delayed by bandai they didnt reply the tickets or anything were change the website i found later i had to replace some accounts sadly
• Next day and i verified if the account works and indeed it was working i notified the buyer no reply : he admited that he will pay cuz he needs more stuff from me and he dont want to ditch out like a scammer a day before.
• I didnt message him anymore that day i waited another day i saw no reply i loaded the game backup and see if he was online and played the account and he did ,account was level 35 name changed etc i have picture with it,

• i asked him again if he gonna pay or reply and he didnt do anything keep preteding his offline i waited a bit and he did more progress on account account being lv 37.
• So far he didnt reply at all so im not expecting the he gonna pay for account even if he knows that i still got the backup.
• Update i left the guy another month to pay cuz he said his a kid he doesnt have any money etc still nothing from him
• I have folder of all conversion with this user around 40+ screenshots from discord and from in game changes let me know if u guys need it ,still got the game backup to this day since he didnt pay me yet
