Account selling question

I wasn't getting much of an answer in the Safe buying selling and trading forum, so I'm reposting here.

So I followed the dispute between Vicious211 and HordeFancyMe in the Scammers forum.

TWV Scammer - MD - Vicious211 AIM - Xunaka - Account Recalled

My question has to do with this post above.
HordeFancyMe says: You [Seller] are held responsible if the Original OWNER RECALLS IT.

I don't see that rule at all in the MMOBay Official Rules.

So is that a HordeFancyMe rule or does that rule apply to all account sales? Or specifically because HordeFancyMe does not give out SQA to his buyers?

Thats the general rule we always follow. If you sell/trade an account you are responsible for it if it gets recalled.
