Account Renting Service, is it a scam?

I got several IMs while trying to sell my account by people interested in renting. One of which, www.skypvp.com, seems to have a good deal. I havn't heard anything about this before, and before I give up my username/pw to them, I just wanted to check if anyone can give me info on if it's a scam or legit. Thanks in advance!

I don't know how many times it needs to be said but DO NOT USE RENTING SERVICES!!

Your account WILL be banned and you will be left with no compensation, its happened a million times before to users on here and will continue to happen, just stay well clear of them and sell/trade your toon with another legit user.
