Hello. I have several Steam accounts from 2005-2009. The following game sets have been added to them:

first pack of games:
Counter-Strike 1.6
Counter-Strike: Condition Zero
Counter-Strike: Condition Zero Deleted Scenes

second pack of games:
Counter-Strike 1.6
Day of Defeat
Deathmatch Classic
Ricochet
Counter-Strike: Condition Zero
Counter-Strike: Condition Zero Deleted Scenes

third pack of games:
Counter-Strike: Source
Day of Defeat: Source
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
Half-Life 2: Lost Coast

As far as I know, these packs were distributed for free on Steam or given when registering an account.

Each account has its own set of games.
There are no payments on all accounts. Not a single payment.
All accounts are not linked to a phone number. Never got attached.
All accounts lack OE (first mail).

Tell me, if I buy several CD keys for these accounts, then Steam support will only ask for these keys, right?
There is no other evidence.

Yes, most Steam games don’t have CD keys, and they are attached to your account and can be downloaded and run inside the client. Some games may require CD keys for extra verification or activation. If you are not sure, you can ask in the Steam Discussions: https://steamcommunity.com/discussions

The games says free but was the method was identifying these games back then.
You can see on steamdb that only are cd-key activated.

You will be requested to the original cd-key used to create them once the account needs to be recovered or unlocked.
