Account recovered by seller

I bought the account yesterday on 05/02/2021,

We agreed to middle man, and I asked him for original email for the account and it says given to the middle man, but it wasn't given to me by the middle man.

So now the account got recovered this morning.

Transaction# is 38951, the middleman is useeds.

Time is 2021/05/03 at 7:25 A.M. , the seller changed the email back to his own.

I asked for his original email when i purchased the account, he said it was given to the middle man

Then I asked for the middle man to give me the email seller gave him, and he told me it was his email.

Down below is the transaction history through paypal. The seller is currently still selling on EPICNPC, The account I bought yesterday is still ON SALE, I'm guessing he is still trying to scam others.

2 - I actually did it and sent ticket to GM but GM told me to wait 90 days
3- I have all the information and I know the 90 day return
