EpicNPC does NOT investigate disputes unless Trade Guardian was used. Instead we will conduct a review of the accused member's account. Please give the user a negative feedback instead.

Describe the problem:
Purchased an account on 06/08/24 and seller gave me the information to log into the account so I could check everything and make sure it was correct.
A huge red flag was when the seller refused to provide me information of the name on the account, as well as the DOB and other details such as TIDs and last 4 digits of CC.
Not to mention that they also logged in from Indonesia when I checked the devices/locations logged into the email account when the only other login was from Wisconsin.
Against my better judgement, I sent the user money after I was satisfied with everything and secured the account to the best of my ability.
Earlier today (about 7 hours ago), I got email notifications that the email account was recovered and now it turns out that the user's profile is disabled on EpicNPC as well.
Doubt we'll come to a resolution where I either get my money back or the account, but I would like to hope.
